Vegan Grocery List
Many people struggle with what to eat or HOW to eat when they are vegan. If you’re someone who is struggling, or is overwhelmed with eating plant based, I am here to help! I have composed a grocery list for all the items I keep on hand in our home. I keep my pantry, freezer, and seasoning cabinet fully stocked. However, I find myself wasting produce if I purchase all at once, so I just purchase our fresh produce weekly depending on what I’m cooking for the week! I’ve been composing this list for a few weeks now, and every ingredient that I’ve needed for my recipes, I have listed. They are all items that I use frequently. Feel free to print the list, or copy and paste into your notes section on your phone for easy shopping!
*I purchase all organic items when available. A friend once told me that an easy way to shop organic is to ask yourself if you eat the peelings, or outer layer of the produce. If the answer is yes, get organic. If not, it may be okay to purchase regular. For example, you do not eat outer layer of an avocado, so it’s okay to purchase non organic.
ps. I’m happy to report I have lost an additional 6 pounds in the last two weeks. As someone who constantly battles with fatigue, I have so much energy lately and I am really enjoying my afternoon workouts! I feel like a better version of myself already. I am a more energetic mom and a better housewife. ;)
